Zoubida Berrahou

Zoubida Berrahou has been a University Professor in economics and management sciences at Université Mustapha Stambouli de Mascara since 2020, teaching and supervising students in management, leadership, public management, change management and logistics. She holds a Habilitation to Direct Research in Management Sciences from Université Djillali Liabès (2014) and a PhD in Management Sciences from the universities of Mascara and Tlemcen (2007-2011). For more than twenty years, she held academic leadership positions as Associate Professor, including chairing a faculty scientific council and heading a management sciences programme. An associate researcher with the Strategy and Society Chair at HEC Montréal since 2014, she contributes to research and academic knowledge dissemination on issues of strategy, society and management. A trainer and consultant in human resources, leadership and change management for public institutions (2016-2023), she also co-founded DzSkills, an online training platform launched during the Covid period, and has served since 2022 as a school coach for Campus France Oran, guiding students through orientation and international applications.
