Biography

Sofiane Baba is Associate professor of strategic management at the Business School of Université de Sherbrooke, Canada, where he also serves as Director of the doctoral and postgraduate programs. His research expertise is in strategic management and processes, with a particular interest in the relationship between organizations, projects, and society—especially in relation to sustainability and social acceptability. He has published numerous articles, book chapters, and case studies in leading journals, including the International Journal of Project Management, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Management Inquiry, Organization Theory, and Journal of Management Studies. His research and pedagogy have earned him numerous awards and distinctions.
