Biography
Bachir Mazouz, Ph.D., is a Full Professor at the École nationale d'administration publique (ENAP), Université du Québec Network, where he has taught since 2001. He holds a PhD in Management Sciences from IAE-Université de Lille (1998) and completed a post-doctorate at HEC Montréal (1999). He is Editor-in-Chief of the journal Télescope and Editor-in-Chief Emeritus of the journal Management international (HEC Montréal). Founding President of the international Symposium « Regards croisés sur la transformation de la gestion et des organisations publiques » and of the international doctoral workshop ADIMAP, he has been a visiting professor at some twenty institutions worldwide, including Panthéon-Assas Paris, ENA France, ENA Algeria and Université Senghor in Alexandria. Author or co-editor of fifteen books on results-based management, strategic management of state organizations and public project management, as well as more than seventy scientific articles, he is notably a laureate of the ENAP Teaching Excellence Award (2014), the Cercle Gutenberg Prize (2009) and the Scientific Prize of the Francophonie (2008-2009). Holder of the 2009 Gutenberg Chair at ENA France, he has trained executives and senior civil servants in more than fifteen countries, from Algeria to Vietnam, Costa Rica and Luxembourg.
