Abdelmalik Mezhouda

Abdelmalik Mezhouda has led the National School of Administration (ENA) since 2020, the institution that trains Algeria’s senior civil servants. A professor of management sciences, he holds a Habilitation to Direct Research (University of Biskra, 2008) and a PhD in Management Sciences awarded in 2007 through a joint program between the University of Batna and the École Supérieure des Affaires at Université de Lille 2. He directed the LIMGE research laboratory at the École Nationale Supérieure de Management, where he also oversaw quality assurance and doctoral training, after serving as Head of the Management Sciences Department and then Vice-Dean for Academic Affairs at the University of Biskra. From 2008 to 2016 he worked in Saudi Arabia as academic advisor to the vice-presidents of King Faisal University and later the Saudi Electronic University, contributing to curriculum design and academic accreditation. A sought-after consultant, he has advised the Ombudsman of the Republic, Groupe Giplait and the National Health Security Agency, and has trained senior executives at Sonatrach, Sonelgaz and Mobilis in strategic management and leadership. Author of some twenty scientific articles and three collective works, he has led eight research projects and represented Algeria at around ten international congresses.
