Biography
Houda Ouraghi brings more than twenty years of project management experience, applied to high-visibility technology and business programmes in sustainable investment, infrastructure and mobility. She holds a Master's in Project Management from UQAM and an engineering degree in process engineering from USTHB Algiers, and is a certified PMP and SAFe Leading professional. She has taught project management for several years at the École de technologie supérieure and the Université de Sherbrooke, where she designed training programmes at the undergraduate, master's and MBA levels. Recognized in 2025 by ÉTS as best teacher, she also received the Fondation Club Avenir Excellence Award in 2018 and several project management excellence awards at the National Bank of Canada. Founder and President of Savvy Conseil inc., she has held roles as Senior Director of IT Projects and Project Director at the National Bank of Canada, and sits on the board of PMI-Montréal.
