Biography
Lydia Harbi is an accomplished professional in governance, strategy and community engagement, holding an M.Sc. in Strategy from HEC Montréal. She currently serves as Project Manager at Mila, the Quebec Artificial Intelligence Institute, where she contributes to structuring applied research projects. As a Strategy & Governance Consultant at Arsenal Conseils, she has advised several public institutions and non-profit organizations on strengthening their organizational practices. She serves as a Board Member and Scholarships Committee Member at Fondation Club Avenir, supporting the development and evaluation of scholarships for Maghreb diaspora communities, and as a Board Member and Governance Committee Member at Groupe Information Travail. Her career began in Algeria, where she worked as a Policy Analyst at the Ministry of Commerce and in client services at Banque Extérieure d'Algérie, before continuing her career in Quebec across strategy, governance and project management.
