Biography
Mohamed Banat is a seasoned banking executive with more than 25 years of experience at BADR Bank, where he has served as Central Deputy Director of Administration and Resources since 2019. His career at the bank spans cash and portfolio operations, credit file analysis and assessment, agricultural financing and public support programs (FNRDA, PPDRI, FDRMVTC), as well as governance, serving as a Board Member of BADR Bank since 2018 and of the National Unemployment Benefit Fund since 2022. A committed trainer, he has taught general and analytical accounting, management control, and banking management and techniques since the 1990s at institutions such as INSIM Blida, the Algerian Petroleum Institute in Boumerdès, EHEC Kolea and École de Management d'Alger. A consultant and coach supporting startups with ANVREDET, he has also chaired the preparatory committees of two UGTA union congresses in the banking and insurance sector.
