Hadjira Mezache

Hadjira Mezache is a recognized professional in human resources, mediation, and the transformation of human dynamics. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Moncton and is NOVA Global certified, with specialized training in commercial, civil, and workplace mediation. She is the Founder and President of HM Consultation RH et Médiation en milieu de travail, where she helps organizations prevent and resolve workplace tensions through Dialogue L.I.E.N., a conscious leadership approach inspired by nonviolent and conscious communication. Previously, she served as Director of Human Resources at Fusion Jeunesse and FIRST Robotics Québec, where she led the development of HR practices and supported executive leadership teams. She also developed extensive expertise in talent acquisition and business partner relations at Aerotek, working on-site at Bombardier in Montréal. As Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Fondation Club Avenir, she contributes her human resources expertise to strengthen the organization's governance and HR management practices. Her career began in Algeria, where she worked as an Internal Recruitment Officer at SONELGAZ Group before continuing her professional journey in Quebec in the fields of recruitment, human resources management, and workplace mediation. She is also the Co-Founder of UniverArt, a company specializing in fine craftsmanship whose social mission is to build bridges between cultures through the arts and crafts.
