Biography
Abdallah Ouraghi is a PhD candidate in Innovation Management at ÉTS Montréal, where his research focuses on knowledge absorption from growth operations of Quebec manufacturing SMEs, particularly in the engineering and aerospace sectors. He holds a Master's in Innovation Management (ÉTS, 2024) and an MBA in Management Consulting (ESG UQAM, 2019), and combines this with more than ten years of experience in international industrial environments gained at Michelin, Caterpillar, Volvo, AAA Canada and AtkinsRéalis. A recognized researcher-practitioner, he is a Chartered Administrator (Adm.A.) and Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and currently serves as Vice-President at Savvy Careers Inc. in Montréal and General Manager of Savvy Careers Lab in Algiers. His career sits at the intersection of innovation management, organizational transformation, critical skills development and research-to-business knowledge transfer, expertise he also shares as a teaching assistant in project management at ÉTS.
