Biography

Nessim Hachaichi holds a PhD in Organizational Management and works as an HR Development Project Lead, specializing in strategic workforce and competency planning, performance evaluation and data analysis. Since 2020, he has led the strategic workforce planning process at SEAAL, conducted internal mobility interviews for top management, and drafted the organization's competency frameworks. His earlier career includes roles as General Management Assistant at Divindus AMM, risk analyst and project evaluator at the Fonds National d'Investissement, and evaluator for the United Nations Development Programme. An occasional lecturer in management control, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship and statistical data analysis (École de Management d'Alger, MDI Business School), he also designed and delivered training for more than 400 SEAAL managers. A high-altitude mountaineer for over a decade, he is the first Algerian to have climbed a peak above 8,000 meters (Lhotse, 8,500m) and reached 8,800 meters on Mount Everest, the world's highest mountain.
